Commute Connection is the regional rideshare program operated by the San Joaquin Council of Governments. The program is designed to help commuters in San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties make the transition from driving alone to a convenient ridesharing option such as car or vanpooling, bicycling/walking or riding transit.
